Well... it's been a little while!
We're getting puppy1 on Thursday. After seeing four of the same litter on the RSPCA Adoption Benigo site, we sent father and sister up there to collect. Caught for an extra 45minutes on Bell St/Rd, they made it there fifteen minutes before closing time. To find out that, in fact, they puppies were female, not male, six weeks, not nine, and that they weren't able to be adopted yet because they hadn't been desexed. Yep. So, they booked one, turned around, and came back puppy-less. Of course, the petrol tank was double blinking on the way home - and we'd only ever seen it single blink before. This was forty minutes before they arrived back. And they made it without a re-fueling stop too. I was impressed. So, father will be driving on Thursday to collect a dopey and operated puppy.
Puppy2 is butt-ugly, and I will hense refrain from saying anything else about it. Mine is arriving first.
I managed to take my mother down Brunswick St, after she insisted that VicGothic was still on Gertrude Street. She actually decided she had to ask a shop owner where it was... and it turns out I was right. Hee! But, it was successful. And she was HAPPY(enough) to pay. Quite an achievement.
My brain isn't working, it's 1710, and I have only ~600 words of EE written. I B SCREWED.
