rain_and_snow | (no subject)

First, let it be said that I hate the beach.
I hate sand more.
(I could rant about sand for a long time, too)

So far, I've been on two 'holidays' to the beach.
I've got another two to go.
Additionally, I'm at Inverloch for around ten days, to provide free (religious) holiday care to kids in years one and two, just finished.
Add to that a 'family' holiday (yes, EXTENDED family - I'm the eldest cousin, looking after four younger, and my sister if she can't look after herself) in the mountains. I like the mountains, but NOT in summer.
Further (I'm enjoying words, here) I've got a week of music too, which I didn't know about. Finally (FINALLY) I've made it into the top orchestra there, though, which is an achievement. A big one! I'm proud, at least.

This means that I'm going to be around for... around one week of the holidays. I never thought I'd have MORE time during school.

No computer (and thus little internetz) until I can afford one... and mother has (nearly all) my monies. *sadface* I think she heard whisperings of "Gallery Serpentine" and freaked. That or "new computer". Either being a completely alien concept to her!
