In need of aid!

I am writing an essay for Contemporary Australian Politics. I am arguing that the Labor and Liberal parties are not particularly different. I need a resource (for citing fun) to support my 'education, democracy/freedom, health, environment, welfare' are the most important political issues, and party particulars are somewhat irrelevant because they both support these things. Or *something* that talks about one or more of these issues being of concern. I think I fail at Google (and scholar), because I'm *sure* there must be something out there about it. Even a text book, or a newspaper article.

Finding refs for Australian politics made me RAGE when I did it!
*is not helpful*

I agree they're similar, but I disagree that they both support these issues (adequately). I think NEITHER of them do. So yes, the same.

If you're desperate, you can always trawl through Parliamentary speeches, although I kind of disagree with your premise.
