To immunise against stupidity (in the same way we immunise against polio and measles)... would you:
a) give a little stupidity, or
b) give a little intelligence?

(yes, the assumption is that intelligence is the 'cure'/opposite state of stupidity - this is not the point!)

Give them a little bit of stupidity. To see how annoying/frustrating/inconvenient it is. Mop the floors with cold water so it doesn't dry and they fall down and thereby learn that mopping floors with cold water is bad. And stuff.

Giving them a little intelligence would probably go unnoticed. Often a lot of intelligence is required to inspire the quest for enlightenment.

Stupidity, I suppose. If it was the same way you immunise against other diseases...
But not to worry, your immune system can fight off such a small amount of stupidity!

See, I would go with giving them a little of intellegence - Because it can combat stupidity and win, and there is no immuno response to stupidity. And increase the dosage untill they were stupid free.
