Therapy does not work for everyone.
Medication does not work for everyone.
There. I said it.

You can be a hermit, or a heavy partier, and still have a serious anxiety disorder that prevents you from working.

Going to (and actively engaging in) therapy will not magically make you better, neither will medication. If there was a silver bullet, no-one would have any of these issues for much more than a month.

Which part of this is so difficult for people to understand!
