the collective is starting a committee, so that it can run itself from itself (the officers only have to identify as queer, and don't have to be in the collective :( ) - this way we have control. I read that they have four gender-specific roles, and my face was sad. And then I read them. Female, male, transgender, and genderqueer. CELEBRATE! (also spellcheck doesn't register transgender as a word. :( )
